Welcome to Mission: Hunt. By using this application, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Mission: Hunt is a GPS-based multiplayer pursuit game where players take on the roles of hunters and runners in real-world locations. The App requires access to your device's location services to function during gameplay.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mission: Hunt. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
You may sign in using Google, Apple, or play as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When using Mission: Hunt, you agree to:
Mission: Hunt involves physical movement in real-world environments. You play at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or other harm that may occur while using the App. Always prioritize your personal safety and the safety of others over gameplay. Do not play in dangerous locations, near traffic, or in areas where your attention to surroundings could put you or others at risk.
The App requires location access to function during active game sessions. By playing a match, you consent to your real-time location being shared with other players in your game lobby for the duration of that match. Location sharing stops when the match ends. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how location data is handled.
You retain ownership of any content you provide (display name, bio, profile picture). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the App for its intended purpose (showing your profile to other players). We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
The Mission: Hunt name, logo, design, and code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without permission.
We strive to keep Mission: Hunt available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
Mission: Hunt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or data loss.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
